This role will be remote till May 2022 or till the opening of Google Office in Pune (whichever is earlier). After this, you have to work from the Google Pune office.
Minimum Qualification:
Bachelor’s degree or equivalent practical experience.
Experience with information technology (eg, HTTP/HTML, operating systems, data warehousing, networking).
Experience in troubleshooting problems and advocating for customer needs.
Experience in providing technical support through communication channels.
Preferred Qualification:
Experience with B2B enterprise-grade support.
Experience with Google Cloud identity and security systems, cloud monitoring and logging, as well as local and cloud storage.
Troubleshooting experience with Google Cloud technologies (ie, Google Cloud Platform, OpenStack, etc.).
Knowledge of Linux/Unix or Windows systems from kernel to shell, file system, and client-server protocols.
Network administrator-level knowledge of network technologies.
Ability to perform tasks independently with minimal supervision.

With Technical Solutions Engineers, you’ll help enhance the success of our enterprise customers and Google Cloud by understanding them and advocating for solutions to their challenges and issues.

Responsibilities
Helping, researching, solving, and mitigating Google Cloud Platform customer problems through effective ownership.
Develop a comprehensive understanding of Customer’s implementation of Google Cloud technology by reviewing, reproducing, troubleshooting potential root causes, or scaling customer-reported issues.
Work as part of a team of experts and engineers who provide customer support.
Work shift patterns or non-standard working hours as needed. This may include weekend work.
