Important Information Haryana Kaushal Rojgar Nigam Haryana Skill Employment Corporation 2021 has been launched by the Chief Minister of Haryana, Mr. Manohar Lal Khattar. All the appointments through this scheme will be done online by the government, which was earlier done under outsourcing policies. The portal will also be launched by the government on 1st November 2021 for the operation of the Haryana Skill Employment Corporation. Through this portal, youth will be able to apply online for the posts. All the benefits like EPF, ESI, etc facilities will also be provided to all the citizens hired through this system. This process will not only prevent the exploitation of employees working on a contract basis but will also play a vital role in ensuring transparency and adequate employment opportunities for deserving candidates. Now under this new system, the contractual appointment will be done on the basis of merit, which will ensure a transparent system. All outsourcing employees can be appointed through this portal. Apart from this, skill development training sessions will also be organized to provide employment to all eligible youth.
