Assistance in the rescue and rehabilitation of trafficked children

Government Support:

Draft an Annual Action Plan with the District RPF for regular coordination
Regular Liaison Meeting with RPF Officer regarding identification and rescue
2 Monthly Convergence Meetings with RPF and GRP Officer for smooth post-rescue coordination
Draft a time-bound activity calendar with RPF for general public awareness about trafficking

detection and protection

Participate 4 times in trains with RPF officers to identify children in need of assistance in their respective districts
Immediate rescue of children upon identification of children
Coordinating with GRP for handover and reinstatement of children to be produced before CWC
Application form for lodging FIR to GRP while handing over the children along with a copy to DM, SP and CWC
Asking for details of children for follow-up of rescued children with CWC and DCP

Identify 2 civil or civil society organizations per district to assist in the rescue and follow-up of rescued children
Creating an informant network to report child trafficking
Networking with students and youth groups to create awareness about trafficking to the general public

Weekly 2 meetings with District RPF Officers
Weekly 2 meetings with District GRP/SP officers
Weekly 2 meetings with identified NGO partners on child trafficking
2 weekly meetings with student volunteers and youth clubs to help identify and report child rights violations
2 visits every 10 days to identify and rescue children
Protection of children on receipt of information from any source
