• Demonstrated ability to train managers and supervisors to use company best practices for maximum effectiveness

• Excellent written, oral communication, interpersonal skills; Generating high-quality documents and reports

• The optimal candidate should have an understanding of SC teams and how to grow and develop SC leaders.
