• Experience/exposure in dealing with union strikes would be a plus.

• Strong business and human resource skills, including strong problem-solving skills, critical thinking, and self-initiative.

• Demonstrated ability to train managers and supervisors to use company best practices for maximum effectiveness

• Excellent written, oral communication, interpersonal skills; Generating high-quality documents and reports

• The optimal candidate should have an understanding of SC teams and how to grow and develop SC leaders.
