Agreed to abide by the contract of apprenticeship training, including obligations in 1992, and all provisions made thereunder. In case of default by the trainee or employer, we agree to indemnify the other party in accordance with the provisions of the Apprenticeship Rules, 1992 (the main provisions of the rules can be seen in the Annex).



Annexure to the contract of apprenticeship training Main provisions of the apprenticeship rules relating to the contract of apprenticeship training. 1. The employer shall pay the Trade Apprentice the minimum rate per month (as per the provision of Rule 


 (1) of the Apprenticeship Rules, 1992). 
(A) during 1 year of training: seventy percent. A minimum wage of semi-skilled workers notified by the concerned State or Union Territory
 (B) during the second year of training: eighty percent. 
(C) Minimum wages of semi-skilled workers notified by the concerned State or Union Territory, during the third and fourth years of training: ninety percent. Minimum Wage of Semi-Skilled Workers notified by the concerned State or Union Territory: In the situation where the minimum rate of wages for a business is not notified by the State Government or Union Territory, the minimum wage of the scheduled semi-skilled workers. The employment notified by such State Government or Union Territory shall be taken into account for paying stipend in respect of that business: In the case of the Business Apprentice referred to in clause (a) of clause 6 of the Act, recognition by the National Council The period of training they have already received in the school or other institute received shall be taken into account for the purpose of determining the rate of stipend payable ”.


The establishment agrees and understands that the minimum monthly stipend amount is stipulated in the rule.

Training including the obligations and terms and conditions contained in Schedule V and VI of the said rules
